1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "You") and 87game, a gaming platform operated under license number [PAGCOR-2021-87G-XXX] issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

These Terms supplement and incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game rules published on the 87game platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that particular game.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and participate in gaming activities on 87game, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. 87game strictly prohibits minors from accessing our platform. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the Republic of the Philippines or physically located within Philippine territory at the time of access. Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other tools to mask your true location is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or have been placed under guardianship are not eligible to use 87game services.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 87game, PAGCOR, or any other Philippine gaming regulatory authority. You must not have previously had an 87game account closed due to problem gambling concerns.
• Criminal Background: You must not have been convicted of any fraud, money laundering, or gaming-related criminal offenses in any jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. 87game reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide satisfactory proof.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access gaming services on 87game, you must complete our registration process and create a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You must also create a unique username and secure password.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on 87game. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. If you forget your account credentials, you must use the official account recovery process rather than creating a new account.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

87game is required by PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card, as well as proof of address documents such as utility bills or bank statements. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of your account and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify 87game of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 87game shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account, whether or not such use was with your knowledge.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access your account or place bets on your behalf.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

87game accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20 network). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally range from ₱100 to ₱500. Maximum deposit limits are set based on your account status and may be adjusted for VIP players.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made via e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) are typically credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after required network confirmations (typically 5-15 minutes).

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests can be made through your account dashboard using the same payment method used for deposit, unless otherwise approved by 87game support. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are completed within 5 to 30 minutes during business hours.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.2. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks, including but not limited to verification of deposit sources and gaming activity review.

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Deposits that have not met minimum wagering requirements will be subject to a processing fee of 10% if withdrawn.

4.4 Fees and Charges

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of 87game and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ranging from 15x to 40x the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn.
• Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses. Typical maximum bet is ₱50 per spin or hand. Exceeding maximum bet limits may result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

87game strictly prohibits bonus abuse and unfair gaming practices. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinated betting or play with other players to guarantee profits, using automated betting systems or bots, irregular or suspicious betting patterns designed to exploit bonuses, and any attempt to manipulate or circumvent bonus terms.

If 87game determines in its sole discretion that you have engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, cancel winnings, and close your account without refund of deposits.

6. Gameplay Rules and Game Results

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on 87game use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or are operated by licensed live dealers. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be predicted or manipulated. 87game does not influence game results in any way.

Each game available on our platform has specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages which are clearly displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing real money bets.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection that affects game results, the game round will be voided and all bets will be refunded to your account. 87game shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected bets.

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, our system will attempt to preserve your game state. Upon reconnection, you will be returned to the game where you left off, if possible. For live dealer games, if you disconnect and cannot reconnect before the betting period ends, your hand will play according to optimal strategy or house rules.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are considered final once accepted by our system, except in cases of obvious error. 87game reserves the right to void bets placed with obvious errors in odds or game conditions. If a bet is voided, your stake will be refunded. Bet settlement is final and cannot be changed once settlement has been confirmed, except in cases of clear error.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using 87game services:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information during registration, identity theft, or any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, using software or systems to exploit games, hacking or attempting to hack our systems, or any form of cheating or advantage play.
• Money Laundering: Using 87game services to launder proceeds of crime or to finance illegal activities. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions to authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or assisting minors in creating accounts or gambling.
• Abuse and Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 87game staff members through chat functions or any communication channel.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from our software or games.
• Unauthorized Access: Accessing accounts other than your own, attempting to breach our security systems, or using VPN/proxy services to circumvent geographical restrictions.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 87game

87game reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, engagement in prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering, prolonged account inactivity, or at the request of regulatory authorities.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your account balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation determines you have violated these Terms, your account balance may be forfeited. If no violation is found, your account will be reinstated or your balance will be returned.

8.2 Self-Initiated Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 7 business days. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all wagering requirements have been met and there are no pending disputes or investigations.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Complaint Procedure

9.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process or PAGCOR mediation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, 87game does not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our control such as internet connectivity issues, server failures, or force majeure events. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 87game's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arose. 87game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Gambling Risks

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 87game does not guarantee that you will win or that gambling will be profitable for you. You agree to gamble responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. 10.4 Third Party Services
